Job summary

With 5–7 years HR experience, especially in employee relations, talent management, and change management, you will influence decisions, ensure compliance with SA labor law, and foster a high-performance culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business admin, or related field; Master's is a plus.
• 5–7 years HR experience, with at least 2 years in a Business Partner role.
• Experience in remote or hybrid work environments and SA labor law.

Responsibilities

• Partner with senior leadership to develop HR strategies aligned with business goals.
• Provide guidance on employee relations, performance, compensation, and benefits.
• Develop talent acquisition strategies for a remote market.
• Facilitate organizational design and change management initiatives.
• Advise managers on HR policies, ensuring compliant and fair practices.
• Analyze HR data to identify trends and drive service delivery improvements.
