Qualifications

• Master's degree in HR, Industrial Psychology, MBA, or related field.
• 7+ years HR experience with strong HRBP background.
• Proven track record partnering with senior leadership to drive results through HR initiatives.
• Strong knowledge of SA labour law and HR best practices.
• Excellent analytical and influencing skills for remote collaboration.
