Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
• 6+ years of experience in HR operations or management.
• Experience with payroll, benefits, and HRIS.
• Strong knowledge of SA labor law and compliance.
• Excellent leadership, project management and analytical skills.
• Experience with HR tech and process optimization.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all HR operational functions including payroll, benefits, and HRIS.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and update HR policies.
• Drive efficiency through continuous improvement initiatives.
