MCI is a fast-growing tech-enabled business services company delivering CX, BPO, and technology solutions. We seek a Senior HR Officer to provide hands-on HR support across the business, focusing on Employee Relations, HR operations, and compliance. Location: Cape Town, on-site.

You will manage ER matters, guide managers, support CCMA processes, and help implement policies. The ideal candidate has 5+ years HR experience, strong SA labour law knowledge, and recruitment expertise.

Formación

• 5+ years' HR experience in an HR Generalist or HR Operations role.
• Proven Employee Relations and Industrial Relations experience.
• Strong knowledge of South African labour legislation and CCMA processes.
• Experience managing disciplinary, grievance, incapacity and performance matters.
• Experience in recruitment/Talent Acquisition and high-volume environments.

Responsabilidades

• Manage Employee Relations matters including disciplinary processes, grievances, incapacity, performance management and investigations.
• Provide practical HR guidance to employees, managers and operational leaders.
• Support CCMA matters and ensure compliance with South African labour legislation.
• Implement and maintain HR policies, procedures and processes.
• Partner with managers on employee, performance and workforce-related matters.
• Maintain accurate HR records and reporting.
• Support recruitment and Talent Acquisition activities when required.
• Partner with hiring managers and the TA team on recruitment requirements.
• Support high-volume recruitment and onboarding initiatives.
• Identify opportunities to improve HR processes and employee experience.
• Support HR projects, audits and compliance requirements.
