Placements24 in Cape Town seeks an experienced HR Manager to lead Employee Relations and Compliance across the SA operations. You will shape policies, drive investigations, ensure labor law compliance, and counsel leadership on risk and strategy.

You'll oversee disciplinary processes, audits, training, and reporting, collaborating with legal counsel to safeguard the organization's interests while fostering a compliant, productive work environment in a dynamic Cape Town site.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in HRM, Law, Industrial Psychology or related field.
• 8+ years HR experience with at least 4 years in Employee Relations and Compliance in SA.
• Strong knowledge of SA labour law and its practical application.
• Experience managing investigations, disciplinary processes and dispute resolution.

Responsabilidades

• Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies aligned with SA labor legislation and best practices.
• Oversee employee relations, disciplinary hearings, grievances and conflict resolution.
• Advise management on employee relations and policy applications.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable SA labour laws and regulations.
• Conduct HR audits and improve practices; ensure accurate documentation.
• Develop and deliver training on HR policies, compliance, and employee relations.
• Manage investigations of workplace issues and coordinate with legal counsel.
• Contribute to HR strategy to support business objectives.
• Maintain HR records and report on compliance metrics for senior management.
