Placements24 is seeking a Senior HR Specialist in Pretoria to provide expert advisory on employee relations, policy development and compliance within a dynamic HR team.

You will analyze HR data to guide management decisions, lead HR initiatives and support performance management, talent development, and succession planning across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or related field.
• Minimum of 6 years of progressive HR experience focusing on specialist functions.
• In-depth knowledge of South African labor law (BCEA, LRA, EEA, SDA).
• Experience in managing employee relations cases and policy development.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
