• Qualified in HR with a recognized credential.
• At least five years of HR experience.
• Experience in a legal practice or auditing firm.
• Deep knowledge of South African labour legislation, BCEA.
• Payroll administration experience.
• Familiar with LPC Candidate Attorney registrations and Board Exam processes.
• Experience with performance management, probation and employee relations.
• Ability to draft employment contracts and HR documentation.
• Knowledge of B-BBEE requirements.
• Excellent organisation and attention to detail.
• Ability to handle confidential matters professionally.
• Capable of working independently and owning the full HR function.
