Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in HRM, Industrial Psychology, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of progressive HR experience with a Generalist track record.
• In-depth knowledge of SA labour law (BCEA, LRA, EEA) and related legislation.
• Experience managing employee relations, recruitment, and performance management.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in Mossel Bay.
• CIPD qualification or equivalent is advantageous.
• Proactive approach to addressing HR challenges.
