Placements24 is seeking a motivated HR Coordinator to join their Mossel Bay team. You will support daily HR operations, handle recruitment support, onboarding, and HR documentation.

Qualifications

• Relevant qualification in Human Resources or a related field.
• Up to 2 years of experience in an HR or administrative support role.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• A proactive attitude and willingness to learn.

Responsabilités

• Assist in coordinating recruitment efforts, including posting jobs, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
• Facilitate the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring all paperwork is completed and filed correctly.
• Maintain employee records, both physical and digital, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
• Support the HR team with various administrative tasks, including preparing correspondence and reports.
• Provide first-level support for employee inquiries related to HR policies and procedures.
• Assist in the organization of employee events and training sessions.
