You will be the key contact for HR matters, ensuring compliance with South African labour laws, supporting line managers, and fostering a positive employee relations environment within the Mossel Bay community.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a comprehensive HR role, preferably as an HR Officer.
• In-depth knowledge of South African labour law and HR best practices.
• Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

Responsibilities
