Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in a generalist HR role with at least 2 years in a senior capacity.

• Experience with payroll processing and HRIS is essential.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive HR support across functions including employee relations, onboarding, offboarding, and performance management.
• Maintain employee records with accuracy and confidentiality in line with policies and legislation.
• Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures in Stellenbosch, Western Cape.
