Qualifications

• 5–7 years of HR experience with focus on development, training and performance management.
• Experience designing and delivering training programs.

Responsibilities

• Assess organizational training and development needs across departments.
• Design, develop, and implement training programs and initiatives.
• Manage the performance appraisal system and guide goal setting.
• Develop career development plans and succession processes.
• Source external training providers and manage vendor relationships.
• Measure training effectiveness and report outcomes.
• Support onboarding and integration processes.
• Handle HR generalist functions including employee relations and HR admin.
