Qualifications

• Master's degree in HR, Education, or Organizational Development.
• 8+ years in professional development/training; at least 3 in leadership role.
• Proven track record designing large-scale training programs.
• Strong understanding of adult learning, instructional design, and evaluation techniques.
• Excellent leadership, strategic planning, and project management.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience managing budgets and vendor relationships.
• Proficiency with LMS and training technologies.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders; change management a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a strategic vision for professional development aligned with organizational objectives.
• Oversee design, delivery, and evaluation of all training initiatives including leadership development, technical, and soft skills.
• Collaborate with senior management to identify training needs and skills gaps.
• Manage training budget to optimize ROI.
• Lead and mentor a team of training specialists and facilitators.
• Develop evaluation methods to measure training impact on performance and goals.
• Stay updated on trends in adult learning and instructional design.
• Curate a library of training resources (online courses, manuals, workshops).
• Promote a culture of continuous learning and knowledge sharing.
