The role requires a Bachelor's in HR/Industrial Psychology, 8+ years HR experience including 4+ in a Senior HRBP role, knowledge of SA labour law, strong stakeholder management, and proficiency with HRIS and MS Office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Industrial Psychology, or a related field.
• 8+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 4 years in a Senior HR Business Partner role, preferably supporting operations or manufacturing.
• Experience in workforce planning, talent management, and performance improvement.
• In-depth knowledge of South African labor law and employee relations best practices.
• Strong business acumen and the ability to understand operational challenges.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and influencing skills.
• Proven ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
• Proficiency in HRIS and MS Office Suite.
• Strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Act as a trusted advisor to operational leadership on all HR-related matters.
• Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the specific needs of the Operations division.
• Manage workforce planning and talent acquisition to meet operational demands.
• Drive performance management processes and implement performance improvement plans.
• Provide guidance on employee relations, disciplinary actions, and grievance resolution.
• Lead and support change management initiatives within the operations.
• Collaborate with the HR team to ensure effective implementation of HR policies and procedures.
• Identify training and development needs within the operations and facilitate relevant programs.
• Analyze HR data and metrics to provide insights and recommendations for operational improvement.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws and regulations in Vereeniging, Gauteng.
