The ideal candidate has 5–7 years in HR with a strong understanding of South African labor laws, excellent stakeholder management, and proficiency in HRIS and MS Office.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.
• Master’s degree or SHRM-CP/SCP is highly advantageous.
• Minimum 5–7 years progressive HR experience, at least 3 years in a Business Partner role.
• Proven experience in employee relations, performance management, and talent acquisition.
