Job summary

Placements24 is seeking an experienced Senior HR Business Partner based in Midrand, Gauteng. You will partner with business leaders to align HR strategies with company goals and drive a high-performance culture.

You will lead workforce planning, employee relations investigations, succession planning, and change management initiatives, while monitoring HR metrics to guide strategic decisions. A hybrid work environment is offered to support work-life balance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
• 7+ years HR experience with at least 3 years as a HR business partner.
• Strong knowledge of South African labor laws.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in a hybrid work environment.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business unit leaders to develop and implement HR strategies that support business goals and drive engagement.
• Provide guidance on employee relations issues, including investigations and disciplinary actions.
• Lead talent management initiatives, including workforce planning and succession planning.
• Develop organizational development initiatives to enhance leadership and organizational health.
• Act as a change agent during significant organizational changes and ensure smooth transitions.
• Analyze HR metrics to inform decisions and improve HR program effectiveness.
