Placements24 is seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to lead the HR function in Vereeniging. The role focuses on developing and implementing HR strategies to drive business growth, enhance engagement, and ensure regulatory compliance.

You will oversee talent acquisition, performance management, employee relations, and compensation and benefits, collaborating with senior leaders to foster a positive culture and drive organizational success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Admin, or related field.
• Minimum 6 years in progressive HR roles, with at least 2 years in management.
• Proven ability to develop and implement HR strategies and programs.
• Strong understanding of South African labour law and HR best practices.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with HRIS and HR analytics.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with business objectives and values.
• Lead recruitment and talent management to attract and retain top talent.
• Manage employee relations, resolving conflicts and ensuring fair HR policies.
• Oversee compensation, benefits, and payroll administration.
• Implement performance management systems and driver employee development.
• Ensure compliance with South African labour laws and regulations.
