Job summary

Helderberg Personnel is seeking a high-impact Front Office Leader to oversee Reception during shifts in a luxury 4/5-star setting. You will guide the team, ensure service excellence, and supervise administrative and financial procedures to meet five-star standards.

Responsibilities include managing check-ins/outs, guest accounts, and PGA-related transactions using the PMS, while resolving guest queries and upselling facilities. Flexibility for weekends and holidays is essential.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years Front Office experience in luxury 4/5-star hotel.
• 1–2 years in a supervisory or senior leadership position.
• Relevant hospitality, hotel management, or tourism qualification.
• Protel PMS experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Reception operations during shifts and guide the team.
• Manage check-ins, check-outs, guest accounts, and golf-related transactions.
• Lead and resolve guest queries or complaints; upsell hotel facilities.
• Balance cash, manage floats, and enforce end-of-shift cash controls.
