Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, or similar.
• Strong understanding of financial statements and modeling.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel with advanced functions.
• Experience with FP&A software is a plus.
• Hybrid work environment with on-site Mossel Bay engagement.

Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed financial analysis including variance analysis, trend analysis, and profitability analysis.
• Develop and maintain financial models for forecasting, budgeting, and long-range planning.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for management and stakeholders.
• Assist in the development of annual budgets and periodic re-forecasts.
• Provide financial insights and recommendations to support business strategies and operational improvements.
• Collaborate with department heads to gather financial information and understand business drivers.
• Monitor KPIs and provide analysis on deviations.
• Support ad-hoc financial analysis and projects as required.
• Ensure accuracy and integrity of financial data and reporting.
