Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field.
• MBA or CFA/CMA desirable.
• 6+ years in financial planning and analysis.
• Strong modeling, forecasting and valuation skills.
• Proficiency in ERP and advanced Excel.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting.
• Develop sophisticated financial models to support planning.
• Analyze results and provide actionable insights to senior management.
• Prepare monthly and quarterly financial reports.
• Monitor KPIs and perform variance analysis.
• Collaborate with departments to ensure data integrity.
• Present forecasts to executive leadership in Vereeniging.
