Job summary

Placements24 partners with a leading technology company in Pretoria to appoint an experienced FP&A Manager. You will lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning while partnering with senior leadership to drive strategic financial decisions.

This hybrid role blends in-office collaboration with remote work, offering a supportive environment to translate data into insights, develop models, mentor the FP&A team, and influence business growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• MBA or equivalent is a strong asset.
• CPA/CA/CFA designation is preferred.
• Minimum of 6 years of progressive FP&A or related experience.
• Proven experience in financial modeling, forecasting, and budgeting.
• Advanced Excel, PowerPoint and FP&A software proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Lead the annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes.
• Develop and maintain financial models for scenario planning.
• Analyze performance, identify trends and drivers.
• Prepare financial reports and presentations for executives and board.
• Provide insights and recommendations for strategic initiatives.
• Partner with business units to understand financial needs and provide support.
• Improve FP&A processes, tools, and reporting capabilities.
• Monitor KPIs and advise on performance drivers.
• Mentor and develop FP&A team members.
