Qualifications

• Proven experience in fleet administration or similar role within transport.
• Strong knowledge of licensing, registration and insurance procedures in Gauteng.
• Proficiency with fleet management software and standard office applications.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills with keen attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work independently.
• On-site work in Sandton and compliance with vehicle and driver regulations.

Responsibilities

• Manage vehicle licensing, registration and renewals.
• Administer fleet insurance policies, claims and renewals.
• Maintain accurate fleet records including vehicle details and history.
• Ensure drivers have valid licenses and permits; manage compliance docs.
• Schedule and track vehicle maintenance and repairs.
