Catch is hiring a Business Development Manager to build and grow the partnership channel with independent financial advisors and wealth managers. You will bring an advisory network, convert relationships into referred clients who move money offshore, and own the revenue generated from those partners.

You will actively source and sign advisors, re-engage existing partners, and drive multi‑quarter targets, including expanding into additional services such as business forex needs.

Formación

• Must have an advisory network or experience in the advisory space with IFAs and wealth managers.
• Strong sales attitude with ability to prospect, follow up and close.
• Solid financial services knowledge and understanding of advisory models.
• Comfortable travelling for in-person meetings and presentations.

Responsabilidades

• Source, pitch, and sign financial advisors and wealth managers as referral partners.
• Activate and convert existing advisory network into revenue-generating clients.
• Take over an existing partner book, re-engage and grow trading referrals.
• Close referred clients and identify further opportunities (e.g., forex needs).
• Manage and grow active partners with regular check-ins and joint meetings.
• Deliver against monthly, quarterly and annual targets for new partners, referrals and revenue.
• Provide market and partner insights to sharpen the proposition.
