Responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair complex mechanical, electrical, and electronic issues on client equipment via remote diagnostics tools and video conferencing.
• Provide timely and effective technical support to on-site personnel, guiding them through maintenance procedures and corrective actions.
• Conduct virtual preventative maintenance inspections and recommend necessary service actions to minimize downtime.
• Maintain detailed service logs and documentation, accurately recording all diagnostic findings, repairs performed, and parts used.
