Placements24 is seeking a dedicated Field Service Specialist to join a remote team serving clients in and around Paarl, Western Cape. You will troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve technical issues via remote diagnostics, guiding on-site personnel as needed while working independently from a home office.

The ideal candidate has at least 4 years in field service or technical support, strong electro-mechanical expertise, and excellent communication skills to ensure client satisfaction.

About the Role

Our client is seeking a dedicated and highly competent Field Service Specialist to join their remote team, serving clients in and around Paarl, Western Cape . This role is structured to be fully remote, enabling you to provide expert technical support and service delivery from your home office. You will be responsible for troubleshooting, diagnosing, and resolving technical issues related to specialized equipment, often through remote diagnostics and virtual guidance. The ideal candidate possesses a strong technical background, excellent communication skills, and a proven ability to manage complex service requests independently. You will play a critical role in ensuring client satisfaction by delivering timely and effective technical solutions. Key Responsibilities
