Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Field Service Technician, preferably in a senior capacity.
• Strong ability to diagnose and repair complex mechanical and electronic systems.
• Ability to read and interpret intricate technical manuals and schematics.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and customer service skills.
• Proficiency with diagnostic tools and test equipment.

Responsibilities

• Perform advanced installations, commissioning, and configuration of equipment at customer locations.
• Conduct in-depth troubleshooting and repairs for complex technical issues.
• Provide expert technical support and guidance to clients, resolving issues efficiently.
• Execute comprehensive preventative maintenance programs to ensure equipment longevity.
