• Valid driver's license and the ability to work independently in the field.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and test telecommunications equipment, including routers, modems, and PABX systems.
• Diagnose and repair faults in copper and fiber optic networks, and related hardware.
• Perform routine maintenance and upgrades to ensure network reliability.
• Respond to service calls and troubleshoot customer-reported issues promptly and efficiently.
• Adhere to safety regulations and company procedures at all times.
• Document all work performed, including service reports and inventory updates.
