Placements24 is recruiting a Food & Beverage Director for a prestigious Paarl, Western Cape group of fine dining restaurants. The role oversees all F&B across properties, driving quality, service standards, and profitability.

Qualificações

• Minimum of 10 years in Food & Beverage management with 5+ years in a Director or senior role in fine dining or luxury hotels.
• Proven track record in driving revenue growth, profitability, and cost control.
• Strong leadership, strategy, and interpersonal skills; ability to lead multiple properties.

Responsabilidades

• Direct and manage all F&B operations across restaurants, bars, banqueting, and room service.
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance guest satisfaction, revenue, and profitability.
• Oversee menu engineering, beverage programming, and service standards.
• Control food and beverage costs, labour, and inventory to meet budget targets.
• Lead, train, and mentor F&B management and staff to deliver service excellence.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
• Collaborate with Executive Chefs and Head Bartenders on menu development and quality.
• Negotiate with suppliers and manage vendor relationships to ensure quality.
• Monitor industry trends and competitors to drive improvements and innovation.
• Prepare financial reports and strategic recommendations for senior management.
