Placements24 seeks an energetic Food & Beverage Supervisor to join our client’s team in Klerksdorp. You will support the Food & Beverage Manager in daily restaurant and bar operations, aiming to deliver exceptional service and guest satisfaction.

You will lead service staff, manage inventory, train new team members, and help maintain high standards of hygiene and presentation while contributing to a positive and efficient dining experience in a dynamic hospitality group.

Qualifications

• Previous supervisory experience in F&B sector.
• Strong understanding of restaurant and bar operations, including service standards and hygiene.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lead and motivate a team effectively.
• Knowledge of POS systems and basic inventory control.
• Passion for hospitality and guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of restaurant and bar staff during shifts.
• Ensure high standards of customer service, food quality, and presentation.
• Assist with inventory management, stock rotation, and ordering of supplies.
• Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests professionally.
• Train new staff members on service standards, menu knowledge, and operational procedures.
