Placements24 is seeking an experienced Food and Beverage Manager to lead culinary operations in Klerksdorp, North West. This on-site role demands strong leadership to manage restaurants, bars, and banqueting facilities, ensuring profitability and high-quality standards for guests.

You will develop menus, supervise the F&B team, and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations while delivering exceptional dining experiences aligned with market trends.

Competenze

• Minimum 5 years of experience in food and beverage management, preferably in a hotel or resort setting.
• Proven track record of managing budgets and improving financial performance in F&B operations.
• Strong knowledge of culinary trends, wine, and spirits.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with inventory management systems and POS software.
