Placements24 is assisting a premier conference and events centre in Klerksdorp, North West, SA to find an experienced Food & Beverage Director. This senior role oversees all F&B operations across multiple outlets, banqueting and catering, driving culinary excellence, profitability and exceptional guest service in a demanding venue.

The ideal candidate will bring 7+ years in F&B leadership, strong budgeting skills and a passion for delivering standout experiences in the Hospitality & Tourism

Qualifications

7+ years in food & beverage management with leadership experience at a large venue.
Proven track record across multiple outlets and banqueting operations.
Strong budgeting, P&L management and cost control skills.

Responsibilities

Develop strategic plans for all F&B outlets to maximize revenue and guest satisfaction.
Oversee daily operations of all F&B departments including restaurants, bars, banquets and room service.
Lead, train and motivate the F&B team to foster excellence and accountability.
Manage inventory, procurement and cost control to meet financial targets.
Ensure compliance with health, safety and hygiene regulations.
