• Degree in relevant field preferred; willingness to travel for Vereeniging-area events.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements

• Demonstrated success in producing and managing large-scale, complex events from conception through to completion.
• Expertise in budgeting, financial management, and contract negotiation.
• Strong understanding of technical production elements, including staging, AV, lighting, and sound.
• Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively manage diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Proficiency in event management software and standard office productivity suites.
• A degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
• Willingness to travel and work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed for events in and around Vereeniging, Gauteng.
