The role requires 5+ years of event planning experience, strong negotiation and communication skills, and a track record of managing multiple events from brief to post-event analysis.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in event planning and management.
• Proven success in planning and executing a variety of events, large and small.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong understanding of event technology, AV, and production requirements.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, meet tight deadlines, and thrive under pressure.
