Disruptive IT (Pty) Ltd is seeking an experienced Senior End User Computing (EUC) Support Engineer for a three-month contract in Richards Bay. The role combines onsite and remote support to maintain end-user computing infrastructure and ensure efficient IT service delivery in a corporate environment.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in EUC or desktop support, strong Windows 10/11 knowledge, and proficiency with Microsoft 365, Active Directory and ITSM tools such as ServiceNow.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years' experience in EUC, Desktop Support or IT Technical Support.
• Proven experience providing IT support within a corporate or enterprise environment.
• Strong technical knowledge of Windows 10/11 operating systems.
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 application support and administration.
• Hands-on experience with Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD).
• Knowledge of VPNs, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP and general networking fundamentals.
• Experience with IT service management tools such as ServiceNow or equivalent.
• Strong troubleshooting, diagnostic and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication, customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple technical incidents.

Responsabilités

• Provide onsite and remote desktop and laptop support to end users.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, operating system, network and peripheral issues.
• Install, configure, maintain and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, scanners and mobile devices.
• Perform Windows 10/11 operating system installations, deployments, upgrades and patching.
• Support Microsoft 365 applications, including Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Administer user accounts, permissions, password resets and access rights through Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD).
• Troubleshoot VPN connectivity and basic network-related issues.
• Log, track, update and resolve incidents and service requests using ITSM platforms such as ServiceNow.
• Escalate complex technical incidents to appropriate support teams and vendors.
• Maintain accurate IT asset records, technical documentation and support reports.
• Ensure compliance with client IT security policies, operational procedures and health and safety requirements.
• Deliver professional technical support while meeting agreed service levels.
