Top Vitae is seeking a Mid–Senior Microsoft 365 Modern Workplace Engineer to provide dedicated support at a customer site in George, Western Cape. The successful candidate will manage a Microsoft 365 environment for approximately 1000 users, ensuring a secure and high-performing platform while providing advanced technical support.

This role requires strong technical skills in M365 services like Exchange Online and active directory management, along with customer-facing communication skills. Knowledge of security best practices and experience in medium to large environments are essential.

Qualifications

• 4–6+ years’ experience with Microsoft 365 administration and support.
• Strong experience with Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive.
• Experience supporting medium to large environments (500+ users).
• Strong L2/L3 troubleshooting skills.

Responsibilities

• Administer and support Microsoft 365 services.
• Manage Active Directory and Azure AD.
• Provide Level 2 / Level 3 support.
• Troubleshoot and resolve M365 and identity-related issues.
