Job summary

Lesaka Technologies in Johannesburg seeks an EUC Engineer to provide deskside and remote support for hardware, software and Microsoft 365, resolving most incidents within SLAs. You will deploy devices, enrol them in Intune, and ensure asset tagging and stock control, while escalating complex issues to the Senior EUC Engineer.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years of IT support experience, familiarity with Windows 10/11 and MS365, and basic MDM exposure.

Qualifications

Matric with IT diploma preferred; learner progression into role supported.
CompTIA A+ or equivalent hardware/support certification preferred.
Microsoft 365 Fundamentals (MS-900) advantageous.
CompTIA N+ and Security+ advantageous, not required.
ITIL Foundation advantageous, not required.

Responsibilities

Provide deskside and remote support within SLA timeframes.
Log, update and close tickets in the ITSM platform with clear resolutions.
Escalate incidents beyond L1/L2 to the Senior EUC Engineer with proper handover notes.
Deploy, configure and collect devices following provisioning checklist and Intune enrollment.
Maintain asset records and stock, and ensure asset tagging in the register.
Prepare devices for new employees on their first day and support office moves.
Capture knowledge base resolutions and surface recurring issues for root-cause fixes.
