ManpowerGroup Global Inc. is seeking an experienced IT Support professional in South Africa to provide end-user hardware/software support, manage device lifecycles, and assist with Microsoft 365 services across Teams, SharePoint and Exchange Online.

Qualifications

• Grade 12 or equivalent.
• 2–4+ years' experience in a corporate IT support environment, in-person and remote assistance.
• Experience with Windows 10/11 and Microsoft 365 support.
• Familiarity with Windows Server (Hyper-V) and VMware.
• Solid understanding of AD, Azure AD, DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP, SMTP.
• Experience supporting Teams, SharePoint, Exchange Online.
• Knowledge of LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, VPN.
• Endpoint security and patch management knowledge.
• Experience with SQL.
• Valid driver's license with own transport; willingness to alternate between Cape Town and Stellenbosch offices.

Responsibilities

• Provide support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers and peripherals.
• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues with documented resolutions.
• Manage the full device lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding.
• Resolve Helpdesk requests with minimal supervision.
• Support senior stakeholders with a high level of professionalism.
• Troubleshoot Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365 and application issues.
• Support Microsoft 365 (Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive).
• Assist with endpoint management (Intune/device policies).
• Support VPNs, Wi‑Fi, and LAN/WAN connectivity.
• Perform workstation builds, rebuilds, and lifecycle replacements.
• Enforce security standards, assist with user access reviews and offboarding.
• Maintain accurate ticket notes and documentation.
• Assist with asset management, stock control, and vendor liaison.
• Participate in after-hours or weekend standby support when required.
