Job summary

Lesaka Technologies Inc. is seeking an EUC Engineer to be the frontline for end‑user computing support across the Johannesburg office.

You will provide deskside and remote assistance for hardware, software, Microsoft 365 and connectivity, resolving most incidents within SLAs and escalating complex cases to the Senior EUC Engineer. Responsibilities include device provisioning, asset tagging, onboarding new starters, and maintaining endpoint compliance with Intune and related policies, while

Qualifications

• Matric required; IT Diploma preferred.
• MICT SETA learnership progress into role on demonstrated competence.
• CompTIA A+ or equivalent hardware/support certification preferred.
• Microsoft 365 Fundamentals (MS-900) advantageous.
• CompTIA N+ and Security+ advantageous, not required.
• ITIL Foundation advantageous, not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide deskside and remote support within SLA timeframes.
• Log, update and close tickets in ITSM with clear issue descriptions.
• Escalate incidents beyond L1/L2 to Senior EUC Engineer with handover notes.
• Deploy, configure and collect laptops/desktops per provisioning checklist.
• Maintain physical IT store and asset records; tag hardware movements.
• Prepare devices for onboarding on new employee start date.
• Capture resolutions for knowledge base and surface recurring issues.
