Auxo Talent is seeking a Senior Corporate Account Manager – Insurance Technology to own a portfolio of strategic insurance clients across Africa. You will cultivate senior relationships and drive long-term commercial growth through software and services, acting as the main point of contact for key accounts and coordinating cross-functional delivery to meet client needs.

The role requires strong insurance technology knowledge, proven account growth, and comfort engaging with C-suite executives.

Qualifikationen

• Extensive experience in insurance technology, software or SaaS solutions.
• Proven track record of growing major corporate accounts.
• Ability to engage C-suite and senior stakeholders.

• Manage relationships with major insurance clients across Africa.
• Build trusted relationships with senior and C-suite stakeholders.
• Develop account plans focused on retention and growth.
• Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing customers.
• Lead renewals and commercial negotiations.
• Understand clients' business strategies and technology roadmaps.
• Coordinate with sales, services, customer success and technical teams to deliver requirements.
• Lead regular strategic and commercial account reviews.
