Proofpoint is seeking a proactive Enterprise Account Manager for South Africa, focusing on driving new cybersecurity business with enterprise clients. You will manage named accounts, selling the Proofpoint Platform with support from internal teams and partner ecosystem.

You will engage C-level stakeholders and technical staff, expanding footprints while protecting customers from advanced threats with Proofpoint’s award-winning technology. Remote-friendly role in South Africa.

Qualifications

• Seasoned technology sales professional with a focus on SaaS and cyber security.
• Proven track record of hitting targets and acquiring new logos.
• Strong executive-level engagement (CISO/CIO/CTO) and partner leverage.
• Experience with channel partnerships and complex, high-value deals.

Responsabilités

• Establish executive-level relationships within Enterprise accounts above 751 users.
• Penetrate new accounts and expand presence with existing customers across security & information protection platforms.
• Act as trusted advisor by articulating Proofpoint's value proposition.
• Collaborate with System Engineers to craft account strategies and product demonstrations.
• Partner with channel ecosystem to gain access into new accounts.
• Deliver forecast accuracy and pipeline progression.
