Job summary

Exclusive Networks in South Africa is seeking a Product Manager to drive the Proofpoint and Forescout cybersecurity portfolios, manage vendor relationships and align market strategy with sales and partners.

You will work with the Country Sales Manager and cross-functional teams to grow market share, enable sales, and develop annual and quarterly marketing plans, reporting to the Country Sales Manager.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in business, Marketing, IT or a related field.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in product/brand management, sales, or a related field.
• Experience working with vendors and partners in a technology or cybersecurity environment.
• Experience with cybersecurity solutions such as email security, security awareness, data protection, network security, asset visibility, NAC, or risk management.
• Strong background in relationship management, commercial experience, market analysis, business development and strategic planning.
• Demonstrated success in business growth, forecasting, demand generation and partner development.
• Proven track record in managing product lifecycles, pricing strategies, and forecasting.

Responsibilities

• Act as the internal subject matter expert for Proofpoint and Forescout solutions. Provide regular updates on: Email security trends; Security awareness and human risk management; Data loss prevention (DLP); Insider threat protection; Network access control (NAC); Asset visibility.
• Identify, qualify and track new revenue opportunities, while maintaining renewal business.
• Serve as the primary commercial liaison between vendors and internal teams.
• Develop and publish annual and quarterly marketing plans.
• Maintain accurate documentation and audit trails for all vendor and partner interactions.
• Collaborate with vendors and marketing teams on awareness campaigns, webinars, events, workshops and customer engagement activities.
