Rubicon is seeking a Senior Sales Consultant for Energy Solutions to develop and expand relationships within renewable energy and electrical infrastructure sectors. You will drive revenue through strategic account management, new business development and expert technical guidance.

The role requires a proven track record in energy product sales, strong network of EPCs, solar installers and developers, and the ability to lead proposals and tender submissions.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 5 years proven track record in energy, renewable energy, electrical or industrial sectors.
• Minimum 3 years' experience selling to energy/renewable/electrical distributor industries.
• Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales targets.
• Proven ability to develop new business and manage key accounts.
• Experience selling energy solutions such as Solar PV systems, Battery Energy Storage Systems, inverters, EV charging infrastructure, energy monitoring and management systems.

Aufgaben

• Develop and execute a sales strategy to grow revenue and market share within the territory.
• Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities across commercial, industrial, utility and residential energy sectors.
• Engage with EPCs, solar installers, developers, municipalities and corporate clients.
• Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline through networking and industry engagement.
• Develop long-term strategic relationships with key customers.
• Manage and grow existing customer accounts with cross-sell and upsell opportunities.
• Conduct regular account reviews to ensure customer satisfaction and identify future opportunities.
• Present proposals and provide commercial and technical guidance.
