Job summary

Rubiconsa seeks a Senior Sales Consultant to advance our Energy Solutions division in the South African market. You will lead strategic sales efforts, build relationships with EPCs, installers, developers and end users, and drive opportunities from prospecting through to closure.

You will design tailored energy solutions, coordinate with technical teams, and maintain a robust pipeline to achieve revenue targets in a dynamic renewable energy landscape.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years proven experience in energy/renewable energy or electrical sectors.
• Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and developing new business.
• Strong network with EPCs, installers, consultants, developers or end users.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a sales strategy to grow revenue and market share in energy sectors.
• Manage and grow key accounts with cross-sell and upsell opportunities.
• Present proposals, deliver product demonstrations and provide technical guidance.
