Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in external lighting sales or specification sales.
• Proven history of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
• Established relationships with electrical contractors, specifiers, and engineers.
• Experience on commercial, industrial, retail, infrastructure or public sector projects.
• Strong commercial and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Grow lighting sales revenue and achieve targets.
• Identify and secure new business opportunities.
• Build relationships with contractors, engineers and end-user clients.
• Prepare quotes, tenders, and commercial proposals.
• Maintain accurate sales forecasting and pipeline.
• Present lighting solutions and proposals to customers.
• Lead project development from specification through to completion.
• Conduct regular account reviews and manage key accounts.
