Rubicon is seeking a Senior Sales Consultant for Lighting Solutions in South Africa. You will drive growth by developing opportunities, managing strategic relationships, and increasing market share across retail, commercial, industrial, infrastructure and construction sectors.

The role requires an established lighting/electrical industry network, a proven track record in achieving sales targets via specification selling, and collaboration with design, engineering and project teams to convert

Formación

• Minimum 5 years in external lighting/electrical/specification sales.
• Proven track record of meeting/exceeding targets.
• Existing network with electrical contractors, specifiers, engineers and end-users.

Responsabilidades

• Grow lighting sales and hit targets across territories and segments.
• Identify and secure new business opportunities and manage key accounts.
• Engage with engineers to secure product specifications on projects.
• Prepare quotes, tenders and commercial proposals; present solutions.
