Rubicon SA is recruiting a Senior Sales Consultant to drive growth in lighting solutions across retail, commercial, industrial and infrastructure sectors. You will build a strong network with electrical contractors, specifiers and engineers, win project specifications, and manage key accounts from opportunity to delivery.

Ideal candidates will have 5+ years in external lighting or specification sales, proven targets achievement, and ability to work with project teams to convert opportunities

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 5 years external lighting/electrical/specification sales experience.
• Proven track record of achieving/exceeding sales targets.
• Existing relationships with electrical contractors, specifiers, engineers, and large end-user organisations.

Aufgaben

• Grow lighting sales revenue and hit agreed targets.
• Identify and secure new opportunities across territories and market segments.
• Engage with electrical contractors, engineers and project teams to secure specifications.
• Present lighting solutions, prepare quotes, tenders and commercial proposals.
• Maintain account relationships and conduct regular reviews to spot opportunities.
