Placements24 is seeking a Senior E-Learning Content Specialist to lead the development of digital learning content in a fully remote role. You will design engaging modules, work with SMEs, and create robust assessments to measure learning outcomes.

The ideal candidate has 6+ years in digital content development, expert-level use of Storyline or Captivate, and strong instructional design skills. Remote collaboration and LMS familiarity are highly valued.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in developing digital learning content and e-learning modules.
• Experience with e-learning authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline or Adobe Captivate.
• Strong understanding of adult learning principles, instructional design methodologies, and assessment design.
• Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills with attention to detail.
• Experience working in a remote team environment with strong communication.
• Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) is desirable.
• Cape Town, Western Cape experience or similar environments is beneficial but not required for remote work.

• Strong understanding of adult learning principles, instructional design methodologies, and assessment design.
• Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Experience working effectively in a remote team environment, with strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to manage projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines consistently.
• Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) is highly desirable.
