Key Responsibilities

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in instructional design, e-learning development, or a related field.
• Proven experience in developing digital learning content for various learning management systems (LMS).
• Proficiency in e-learning authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline, Rise, Adobe Captivate, or similar.
• Strong understanding of instructional design models (e.g., ADDIE, SAM) and adult learning principles.
• Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Exceptional communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with multimedia development (video editing, graphic design) is a plus.
• A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Education, Instructional Design, Educational Technology, or a related field.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a remote team.
• A portfolio showcasing successful digital learning projects is required.
