Qualifications

• Master's degree is a plus; relevant certifications welcomed.
• Minimum 5 years of curriculum development or instructional design experience.
• Proven ability to design online learning materials and e-learning courses.

Responsibilities

Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in Education, Instructional Design, or a related field.
• A Master's degree is a plus.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in curriculum development, instructional design, or a similar role.
• Proven experience in designing and developing online learning materials and e-learning courses.
• Proficiency in using learning management systems (LMS) and various authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate).
• Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design models (e.g., ADDIE, SAM).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and concisely.
• Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience in leading and mentoring team members is highly desirable.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote work environment.
