Key Responsibilities

• Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) administration and development.
• Strong understanding of adult learning principles, instructional design models (e.g., ADDIE, SAM), and multimedia learning theories.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly.
• Demonstrated ability to manage projects, prioritize tasks, and work independently in a remote setting.
